If you would like an electronic copy of article that Grasselli Library has in print through our periodicals collections, you may request it by signing it to your Interlibrary Loan account and submitting the citation information.
Place JCU items and personal copies on closed reserve for your students. These items can be checked out for 2 (3 for longer films) hours. Click below for more information and a request form.
Faculty members can request JCU items from our catalog and we will place the item behind the Circulation Desk for pickup. Or if you are part of the Library Express, it will be delivered to your office.
Using the Carrolline search tab on our home page, find the item that you are looking for and select Request. Just verify your user information and we will send you an email when the item is ready.
Grasselli Library will deliver all of your requested materials directly to your office. Please contact us by emailing circulation@jcu.edu to sign-up and your delivery service will be begin immediately. No weather will keep us from our appointed rounds.
The Copyright Clearance Center offers an accelerated document delivery service through Interlibrary Loan. Not every publisher is a member of this service consortium, but if you would like us to investigate this option for your article request, select Yes for Rush Delivery during the normal Interlibrary Loan requesting process.
Place articles and book chapters on a password protected website for your students to access. The Library must determine the copyright status and/or costs of each item, so please take this workflow into consideration when assigning these materials to your class.
