JCU Special Collections is closed through the end of Fall semester 2024. Appointments with faculty and staff may be scheduled at Special Collections' discretion and must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Special Collections is closed on all University holidays and weekends.

JCU Special Collections is located on the third floor of Grasselli Library and Breen Learning Center on the University Heights campus.
Pass through the main campus entrance at Carroll Boulevard, stop at the main gate, and an attendant will issue a parking pass. Grasselli Library and Breen Learning Center will be on your left as you enter campus. The closest parking lot is "Dolan West," which is open to anyone with a parking pass, and offers accessible spaces. "Dolan East" is across Hamlin Quad. The campus is also served by greater Cleveland's RTA bus and rail routes.
Bus:
The geographically closest stops are along Warrensville Center Road (41-41f) at University Boulevard and North Park Boulevard. Additional nearby bus routes include: East 260 - Richmond (94) at S. Green Road and Fairmount (1–1.2 miles/23–26-minute walk); East 200 - Green (34) at S. Green and Ranch Road/East Carroll Boulevard (1.1 miles/25-minute walk); and Cedar Road (11) at Cedar and Warrensville Center Roads (approximately .9 miles/20-minute walk).
Rail:
The RTA Green Line stop at Warrensville-Shaker Rapid Station is approximately one mile south of campus (between 22- and 25-minute walk). For more information on schedules and routes, visit their website at: http://www.riderta.com/.
